Competencies & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in fine dining restaurant Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality Effective time management and organizational skills Strong food/wine/beverage knowledge Desire and dedication to offer premier fine dining experience Professional demeanor and discretion Steakhouse experience a plus but not required.
